Global Meditation to Trigger a Revolution of Light & a New Renaissance! ...

     Closing in on the end of another year. We have choices to be made each moment....choose well. It is time to create our reality in an amazing way. As we awake in the morning, take time to stretch and greet the new day to nurture ourselves and begin on a positive note. Breathe...we must remember to breathe...breathe in the new and out the old...and now we begin.
     Looking out on the glistening snow that has layered itself upon the snow from yesterday....I see beauty everywhere. I awake and do the salutation to the Sun as I have done for so many years...it is a practice. It is for me the perfect stretch and breath movement to begin the day. I set forth an intention for the day, the month, the year and begin to live it. The flow is the best way to go..... Today the waves wash over me, they ebb and they flow, the ebb and they flow....it is almost a meditative mantra~a peaceful yet a bit withdrawn feeling of calm...I welcome that. It has been a bust year, filled with much goodness and some challenge that always makes us better if our path is to evolve.
     This is my first blog ever and I am not sure what will transpire here...but the adventures always seem to come! Let us all create wonderful today, with Blessings.
